Plot[]

Rudy, along with Penny, quietly tiptoe across the street, facing Clunkwright School. A wrecking ball is about to demolish it. This very school was where Rudy's father, his mother and paternal grandfather all attended grade school. The crane operator accidentally drops the ball on the ground, allowing Rudy and Penny a chance to run near the school. When Penny asks why Rudy is so interested about the school, he explains Joe wrote a love letter to Millie when they were fifth graders. A flashback shows Joe and Millie as kids, where Millie was a champion speller. Joe had written her a love letter, but he never sent it. So, he placed it underneath his desk which is where it remains today. Rudy wants to retrieve the letter as it's his parents' wedding anniversary and would like to surprise them.

Just as Penny and Rudy get ready to go in, a car comes up, revealing Vinnie Raton. He scolds the construction worker, whose name is Mickey, telling him the school should have been torn down hours ago. Vinnie tells him "you're my brother and I love you," but goes on to say if Mickey doesn't tear it down by 3:30, Vinnie will do it himself and use Mickey as the wrecking ball. Vinnie then begins barking. Penny and Rudy decide to enter ChalkZone and get inside Clunkwright through the portal. They succeed, and proceed to find a dunce cap with Penny stepping on the floorboards Joe placed the letter under. However, they from outside that Mickey is about to destroy the school. They duck as the wrecking ball hits the top of the school. It then totals Vinnie's car, but as he sees Penny and Rudy, he threatens the kids that they will be sent to jail for life. Rudy tries loosening Mickey's grip, to no avail.

Inside, the ChalkZone portal is still open, with Rudy seeing it. Rudy realizes this as Mickey walks them toward the police station. Vinnie realizes he can profit from ChalkZone, and decides to go inside of it. He decides to use it to create "Vinnieland." Meanwhile, as Penny and Rudy trespassed in the old building, the cop is going to call their parents. Rudy wants to go back to ChalkZone, but Penny reminds him they're in enough trouble as it is. Rudy decides to enter ChalkZone to prevent anything bad from happening there, with Penny making sure to erase the portal. Vinnie is riding on Big Baby and taking pictures of it, to the baby's annoyance, who throws Vinnie off its back. Snap tells him Vinnie has acted like he owns the place. Biclops expresses disappointment in Rudy for allowing Vinnie to enter inside.

Through Biclops, they learn that there is already "Vinnieland" signs, amusement rides, the Chalk Mine tour and Amazin' River trips. Rudy, disgusted by what Vinnie has done, promises to get him out of here before he does more damage. Rudy tells Snap to rally the troops, and through walkie talkies tells Snap to distract Vinnie while Rudy draws several airplanes. Rudy orders several sticks of chalk to fall on Vinnie, which turns into dust as it reaches the ground. However, Vinnie actually likes it, so Rudy calls in three monsters to use their stomachs to bounce him around. As this also fails, Rudy announces the Car Wash of Doom, a ride that Vinnie loves, so much so he doesn't realize it's taking him back to the real world, where he ends up hitting the wrecking ball.

Biclops congratulates Rudy, as Rudy is ready to erase the portal. As Mickey uses the wrecking ball, Vinnie tells him to stop due to it "not just being any school." Nonetheless, it crushes the school, all the while taking care of the portal by wrecking it as well. Vinnie tries explaining to his brother that the portal was right here, and that all the chalk drawings were alive. Penny and Rudy show the cop that this is the man who charged them with trespassing, and tells them to forget about that. He praises the kids for taking their punishment and tells them they're free to go. As Vinnie looks through his pictures, he sees Rudy's face. Papers from the school are flying everywhere, when the letter Rudy was searching for luckily flies in front of him. He reads it aloud, with Penny thinking it's romantic.
