Personality
Reggie is as mean and aggressive as he is dumb, and he's certainly not the sharpest tool in the shed. He has a strong hatred for Rudy and goes out of his way to make him miserable
Appearance
Reggie has a tree trunk head, buck teeth, freckles, a uni-brow, and a flat hairstyle that's the same hue as his skin. He wears a reddish-brown vest with a white shirt, khakis, a red tie and black shoes.
