Vinnie is a minor villain in chalkzone. vinnie first appeared in the episode, hole on the wall. He try to get everyone to get to see chalkzone and be rich but his evil plan failed. Later on, he seal Rudy's backpack but as before he failed and got arrested. Years later, he teamed up with terry and created boorat to get Rudy's magic chalk but he and Terry's evil plan failed. it is unknown how he got out of jail and knows terry.
